[00:01:10] Hello everyone, and welcome to another episode of Soulpreneur Scaling Stories. I'm really excited to have Zoe Collins with us today, who is a web and SEO pro and an EFT practitioner and business mentor. That is very long. Zoe, how are you for being here.

[00:01:28] Zoe Collins: Oh, thank you so much for having me here. Yeah, it's quite long. It's quite a mouthful, isn't it?

[00:01:32] Andrea Elibero: Yeah. So speaking of that mouthful, why don't you go ahead and tell us a little bit more about yourself and what you do.

[00:01:40] Zoe Collins: Yeah. So I'm Zoe Collins. I am a certified EFT practitioner, multiple business owner and digital expert in my website and SEO consultancy. zoedigital. So zoedigital is very straightforward. I deliver search engine optimization and websites that are engineered to attract and convert clients. [00:02:00] So much easier to put that one into, distill it into a nutshell.

[00:02:04] but today the business that I'll probably naturally end up talking more about, will be the EFT side of things. So this is a mission of mine to help business owners and ambitious women like me to essentially work through some of the limiting beliefs and the emotional blocks and the mindset blocks that can come up when we're trying to create.

[00:02:28] An abundant business and a rich life by our own definitions. So, you know, I really want people to know that they can achieve those things regardless of what's going on. what they've been through or what they've previously been told in life. So anything, like I said, from overcoming imposter syndrome to smashing income ceilings, even navigating heartbreak while running a business because life happens.

[00:02:53] I create EFT based tools and resources that help my clients, Instagram [00:03:00] followers, and podcast listeners to essentially just keep going.

[00:03:04] Andrea Elibero: Amazing. And for those who aren't familiar, can you define EFT and what, what it is, what the practice is?

[00:03:11] Zoe Collins: Yeah, absolutely. Essentially it is. So EFT stands for emotional freedom technique and it is a tapping therapy. So you talk while tapping on acupressure points on the body to help release emotional blocks that the body is holding onto.

[00:03:28] Andrea Elibero: Beautiful. And,

[00:03:29] I've, I've done this. So I was, I had worked previously with a financial coach, and this was part of what she had done as part of her coaching. So it was really cool to not only be there in terms of, okay, here's the strategy and how we're going to save and move money and whatnot, but deal with the emotional side of things.

[00:03:48] of money things, because we all know that's a, that it can involve a lot of emotions and it's a really lovely practice. So I think this is really interesting. And the thing that I [00:04:00] would love to hear, so you are, you know, you have been here doing your SEO, your website, like very, I don't know, the word that comes to mind is like 3D, like, you know, like focus, like this is my business.

[00:04:09] And I like, Oh, I'm going to have this other business. So I would love to hear about that evolution and how that came to be.

[00:04:16] Zoe Collins: Absolutely. Yeah. So essentially, when I started EFT, ZoeDigital I don't think that I was prepared for how much

[00:04:28] of an emotional journey that was going to be. So I have always worked in digital marketing. You know, I studied my degree in digital strategy while I was working. You know, I guess what I'm trying to say is that my capabilities were there and evidence that I could do it were there.

[00:04:47] And I don't think what I was remotely prepared for was, because I didn't have the sort of emotional support and things like that, rejections felt like indicators of my self worth. When [00:05:00] I came onto Instagram to start promoting my business, I ended up building up this following of, and equally following others who were actually coaches.

[00:05:09] And because I didn't have any like anchor in my identity, any safety in that identity or anything, my, who I was and what I did. just changed so much. And like I said, you know, then if I had a rejection or I didn't get the engagement that I wanted or whatever, it felt like an indicator that I was wrong and I was doing something wrong.

[00:05:33] And so I essentially felt like I felt ill, you know, if I'm being really like candid, I felt unwell, I was really stressed out and, Every time I did sell something, I went from being extremely excited and relieved as well, because from a financial perspective, the relief was real [00:06:00] to, oh my gosh, I've tricked them.

[00:06:03] You know, this sense of imposter syndrome to I've undercharged. And then this kind of guilt and shame that would come up around the fact that I was like working and I'd like undercharged. So, I just realized like there was much more here that needed to be done that business coaches actually couldn't really get deep enough on, in my experience, in order for me to succeed.

[00:06:31] So I, I went and looked at other modalities, different therapies and things like that. found that EFT was the one because it was so practical and I could grab it on the spot and things like that. It's been the tool that I've reached for over and over again. And as I anchored into safety, it worked through my blocks, worked through my trauma, like worked through a lot of stuff.

[00:06:58] I realized that I [00:07:00] could start to confidently be who I was, know that I was different from others. And that was a superpower, not a. weakness or not an indicator that I was doing something wrong. And yeah, just it gave me what I needed to actually stand strong. And then, you know, ZoeDigital really, to be honest with you, it snowballed once I did all of that and I have great clients now, you know, and I'm having a nice time.

[00:07:26] Yeah.

[00:07:30] Andrea Elibero: some of the things that you said because they are so important. One is to normalize the fact that all of those things that you felt, I would say that 97 percent of the people, business owners I talked to have gone through the same, a similar type of a journey, you know, of the questioning of the imposter syndrome of the undercharging of the feeling, all of these things.

[00:07:50] And So I I have, I always think of this,

[00:07:53] I don't know, this journey of this business journey as something that's so interesting because it forces you in a way [00:08:00] to do all of this work, right? To do all of this inner work and all of this work on yourself outside of business strategy. And people don't realize that.

[00:08:08] Or maybe they do, but I think a lot of people don't realize that it is a whole journey to

[00:08:13] do all of that. And it's, to me, it's a gift. So to me, it's a gift that having a business is the thing, is the catalyst that helps somebody to, or helps me, you know, to have dealt with all of these things that have come up.

[00:08:27] And I've come out, I don't want to say on the other side, because there's no other side, right? Because this is a continuous journey, but All the growth, all of the confidence building, all of these things. Like before my business, I was afraid to take up space, you know, I was so small. And I wasn't,

[00:08:43] I was meeker, I was all of these things.

[00:08:45] And because I have this business that I am obsessed with, I know this is going to succeed. It's such a. catalyst of being like, okay, no, I'm going to figure this out. I'm going to grow. And it spills into every area of life. So for anybody listening who's like, I don't [00:09:00] know, or they're feeling, you know, all the feelings, they're feeling all the things, I want you to take solace, or maybe even get excited about the fact that this work is not just for your business.

[00:09:11] It's for your entire life. And I think it's really cool, you know, that you almost like have to do it in order to have a successful business, but it helps you all around. So I don't know if that brought up anything for you.

[00:09:26] Zoe Collins: You know, this, this journey has been one of deep personal transformation and I had to do the deep personal work in order to succeed in my business. And it was my business that actually triggered me to doing the deep personal work, because I realized that in order to achieve what I wanted to achieve and be who I wanted to be, I was going to have to work through this other stuff.

[00:09:49] So the two go hand in hand. I've heard this phrase so much throughout my life, you know, business isn't personal, business isn't personal. And okay, [00:10:00] it's not personal. If somebody can't invest right now, it's not personal. You know, if someone loses a client and that affects their cashflow, it's not personal.

[00:10:09] If someone can't see the value of a transformation, it might be a messaging issue. It might be a strategic issue, but it's not personal. But business is personal when this is This is our thing that we're bringing into the world and we're spearheading it. And it's us who have to show up on the calls. You know, like I touched on it earlier.

[00:10:30] If you have, if you're heartbroken. You're like going from like having the wave of grief come over you to being like, Oh no, I need to jump on this client call. Let, you know, we don't just suddenly not become a person just because we're working. And so, yeah, whatever people are going through right now, the, the sooner that you allow the two to coexist and actually support yourself emotionally.

[00:10:56] at the same way you would with your nutrition and exercise to make [00:11:00] sure that, cognitively, we can function properly. And, combine that with showing up for work tasks, then, you know, actually the probably the quicker, the change will come and, the deeper the success will be.

[00:11:13] Andrea Elibero: Yeah, completely. And so this brings up a Uh When you're talking about being heartbroken, this brings up something for me where last, literally at the time of this recording, last week we had to put our dog down. So, and it was a plan. Yeah, he was old. It was planned. It was very difficult, you know, time. The day before the appointment, I had a sales call and booked a new client.

[00:11:37] And during that whole time, I had to live in this duality of grieving my dog and having my business and showing up for my business. And it was a really interesting experience because, because I have been doing the work, because I said, okay, how, you know, I'm not just going to ignore this grief or, you know, like I had to learn how to have this [00:12:00] duality.

[00:12:00] And my business was actually almost like a solace, it was like the thing that, that, that helped carry me through this time. So I can attest to the fact that when you, whatever modality you use, when you focus on that, and when you actually embrace it, do this work or, and, and whatnot. It will carry you through and you can show up and you can still do all of the things you need to do in your business.

[00:12:22] Oh,

[00:12:24] Zoe Collins: that. the sooner that we embrace all parts of us, the better it will be. And I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. I have a dog myself and You know, my heart goes out to you. I know that, they are family and, yes, but you're right. It's like, because you, you know, it sounds like because you embrace that, that emotional aspect and the fact that that's what you were going through and supported yourself around it, showing up on the business call, it was something that you could do and felt good about doing because that's your thing too.

[00:12:55] And you want to love yourself through it. rather than kind of abandon [00:13:00] yourself in a time of pain. So yeah, I completely understand what you're saying there. And I think that, yeah, I think a lot of people maybe don't always embrace all parts of themselves and have like a work me and a, and a relationship me and, you know, me that I am when I'm around friends and me that I am when I'm in pain and actually not walking around with all of those me's, you know,

[00:13:23] Andrea Elibero: Right. And your shadow me as well, right? Like all of the things that you, that a lot of people try to suppress and, and, and whatnot, and actually bringing those to the surface and showing them love makes a huge difference as well. Mm

[00:13:36] Zoe Collins: you're inner child, some people are gonna get that who are listening and some people won't. But like, my inner child comes with me, you know,

[00:13:44] Andrea Elibero: Right?

[00:13:45] Zoe Collins: like, if she feels scared, like, oh, in my head be going, why am I, I, this is, you know, logically this is fine. And inside my body I'm like, something's screaming in me and having some sort of tantrum.

[00:13:56] And if I don't acknowledge all of that is going [00:14:00] on, then I will stay small. And I will, seek out survival techniques to actually manifest as self sabotage.

[00:14:08] Andrea Elibero: Yes. Yes. A thousand percent. And this is within everybody. So that's really, really important. And I think something that, uh, like

[00:14:17] finding the techniques and you did with EFT, right? Like finding the things that are to help to support that will again, make such a difference in not only your business, but in your entire life.

[00:14:27] So, with that, I want to shift back onto the business side of things, if that's okay. And I would love to hear, so you're like, okay, I have my business, I do websites, SEO, everything is growing. I, you know, I've, I've

[00:14:42] tapped, tapped into, like, no pun intended, into this practice, uh, that is supportive of me. And now I'm growing, everything is good.

[00:14:51] But now you're like, oh, you didn't just stop there. Right, you took it further. So I would love to hear how that came about. [00:15:00] No,

[00:15:05] Zoe Collins: got to the point in the business where it started to, yeah, it started to move. It started to evolve. I normalized sending quotes for hundreds, thousands of pounds. I normalized people. signing off on those things and transferring money to me. And then I normalized the fact that I actually was delivering the work after they paid me.

[00:15:27] And I couldn't quite get over the fact that like I was, I never stopped to like, I never stop having these moments where I just blink and I look at myself and I go, sorry, how did I get here? Like I shouldn't be here. I. And I, and I realized that like there was gaps where I needed help and help wasn't available.

[00:15:53] And I took very like winding, sometimes very [00:16:00] dark paths before I got to the point where I, you know, could be somebody who could hold space for rejection. And, and you know, all the things that I've just listed out around, normalizing finances and stuff. And I can't, personally, I can't just now crack on and just have my SEO and website business and be like, that's me.

[00:16:26] I had too much of a sort of bit between my teeth where I was like, I need to give this to somebody else and, and the ideas have been flowing. And I actually didn't go out seeking to be an EFT practitioner. It was never on my agenda. It's really been something where I've been following the nudges and I, it's happening, you know, I'm trusting in the universe.

[00:16:55] I'm trusting in my purpose. I know that, we talk about duality. I [00:17:00] know that I get to have my, strategic hat on my digital nerdy hat on. I get to be a data nerd. I get to be a web person. And also, you know, I am also a spiritual being having a human experience. I know, I'm okay. I'm comfortable, you know, speaking like that.

[00:17:17] And that, you know, that being my truth. And I think that I didn't go through everything I went through To keep all of that to myself and then just take it to the grave.

[00:17:28] I, I grew up around addiction, around poor mental health. I grew up in a low income, single parent household. I had a second parent who didn't live with us who had the capability to help me and my brother and chose not to.

[00:17:45] So you could see how I might have struggled with a sense of self worth. Um, and, and, and struggled to believe that people would, give me money, you know, in exchange for what I was doing. And so [00:18:00] I know that I can't be alone out there. And I, I also followed a nudge to just get a certificate in adverse childhood experiences.

[00:18:08] And first of all, I saw myself in a lot of that literature and I felt that sort of burden anger that kind of bubbles up, you know, around injustice. And I thought I need to bridge a gap here. Like I need to be able to support the people who come from really difficult backgrounds, who have these belief systems, but actually at the forefront have loads of drive and ambition.

[00:18:31] And, uh, you know, and I'm like, okay, let's just see if, since I'm following nudges, let's just see if I can reach those people.

[00:18:38] Um,

[00:18:39] so that is why I've, yeah, that's the evolution.

[00:18:44] Andrea Elibero: so powerful. And so many parts of that are so powerful. The fact that one, you've all of these things, you found this and you're And it sounds like this really is your purpose, your dharma, you know, the things that you're like, Oh, like, this is it. [00:19:00] Like, this is what's in my heart. Like, I love the other thing.

[00:19:02] You know, that's, I get to, and I get to have both. And the fact that you're not putting pressure on it. And you're just like, I'm just going to follow this and see what happens. Makes it also such an enjoyable, I would imagine such a much more enjoyable experience

[00:19:16] Zoe Collins: Yeah, I, I have a podcast. Yeah, like I've got a podcast and that podcast takes quite a lot of hours. You know, like I have to like plan out the episodes. Yeah, you know, and, but I, I said to myself when I, when I was creating it, I'm doing this for two reasons. One is because I want to. Okay. and therefore I don't want to let myself down on this.

[00:19:42] I think the fact that I want to is enough of a reason to go and do it. And that's part of my own healing. You know, that's part of me showing my inner child, Oh, Oh, you want something? I'm going to go and get it for you. So it's a very personal, you know, commitment. And the second thing was if one person [00:20:00] listens to that episode and they get something from it, then it was worth it.

[00:20:05] And because I can genuinely come at it from that energy, You know, I've got 36 individual human beings who have listened to it. It's own, it's really new. And I, I, it, my heart is so full. Like I'm being deadly serious as well. Like it's, this isn't like one of those things where I'm like, Oh yeah, I'm just doing it to help people because it is a side quest.

[00:20:27] It's so cool to me. And, you know, my web and SEO business sustains, you know, pays my rent,I feel really proud of myself for that. but I guess what I really mean is I don't have to do this other piece, but I, I really, I'm having quite a nice time doing it. And like I said, the ideas are flowing.

[00:20:46] And yeah. I'm just want to create loads of little offers that at different price ranges, you know, so there's loads of free stuff, you know, my podcasts have free tap alongs and

[00:20:57] Andrea Elibero: Can you, yeah, I was gonna say, can you, uh, [00:21:00] shout out your podcast? What

[00:21:01] Zoe Collins: yeah, it's called we can and we will. You probably have to write in Zoe Collins next to it cause it's new. So it might not be ranking fully yet, but yeah, we can and we will.

[00:21:12] I have got a couple of episodes out which are solo short ones because I also know that, Depending on our attention spans and if people, you know, whether you're neurodivergent or not, I can't always lock in something long. So some of my episodes are like eight minutes long or ten minutes long and they're very laser focused on charge your worth, get comfortable with selling.

[00:21:35] And then I'm having these guest episodes as well, which I've got one in there now where we have more of a fluid conversation around, You know, building dream businesses and what the emotional difficulties have been to make that happen and normalize discussion, you know, around not just I think we've really all normalized, you know, talking about manifesting and business side by side.

[00:21:57] And now I kind of want to be like, well, let's get into [00:22:00] that sort of, you know, emotional side of it. And so, yeah,

[00:22:03] Andrea Elibero: Love it.

[00:22:04] Zoe Collins: some space for that.

[00:22:06] Andrea Elibero: Love it. So I have another strategic question because I feel like a lot of people are thinking, especially when you, and you know, as a service provider, a lot of times a business, when you're doing something

[00:22:15] like that, it can take up a lot of time when you're serving your clients. So I'd love to hear, I'd love for you to share how you're balancing both sides of your business, how you're making space for this while still doing the other side and, and how that, yeah, how that balances is for you.

[00:22:31] Zoe Collins: So. I have to carve out time to do client delivery. That is so important. I need to know that the people who are working with me are being looked after. So, but I have boundaries around it. So I only will do client focused work for like, I'll chunk out like a one hour slot there, a two hour slot there.

[00:22:55] Everything goes on do not disturb. And I just purely focus on [00:23:00] delivering client work in that time. then when it comes to working on that business, I, I have to also be equally disciplined around being like, okay, I need to carve out an afternoon here or, you know, a morning there to let myself be sort of maybe creative around content, like producing content.

[00:23:23] because the two me's aren't the same. So whoever is working on a client. site isn't, isn't wearing the same head on their shoulders as the one that can come up with, you know, conversations. So, uh, to have free social media posts. So what I tend to do is while I'm having conversations with clients or while I'm working on projects, I actually have a notes app that I just, I'm dumping my, you know, hot takes in and things like that.

[00:23:48] And ideas that come to me and then on a separate time, I, create. Now, when it comes to the EFT business. Because it's a very real experience for me, when I [00:24:00] go to do a pitch, for example, or submit a quote that's more money than I've ever submitted before, I witness all the feelings come up, I tap through them, I do the thing, and I capture that moment because I know that what I just did for me is exactly what I'm passing on to other people.

[00:24:21] And then I work on my EFT stuff, honestly, whenever I want, I don't have any rules around it because I love it. So I can be in my pajamas at 9pm with my laptop, fine by me. It's not draining. It's nice. I, and actually, to be honest with you, I like to, I like, yeah, I'm enjoying building it, you know, and I'd rather be doing that than sat in front of the telly.

[00:24:48] So, yeah, In the day, I don't work a 9 5 ever, I just make sure that my client work stays within Monday to Friday, 10 5 really if I'm honest. [00:25:00] Anything outside of that, some weeks I might work so much. But it doesn't feel like it because I go to the beach at 3pm, on a Wednesday, literally whenever I want.

[00:25:12] If I get hungry, I can just down tools and go out and get some food. So I've built this life that's completely centered around autonomy. And so the only commitments I need to show up for is making sure I deliver work that I've said I'm going to deliver in the time, you know, in the timescale I'm going to deliver in, which I always will.

[00:25:30] And if I've got a call, I will be here for it. Otherwise, it's gonna happen when it happens, and because of that, I don't get as much burnout and things like that. And then I just make sure that I'm off my screens. You know, really, I don't want to be on a screen past 9. 30 if I'm honest, like, just for the sake of downtime.

[00:25:49] Um, yeah, that's how I'm kind of juggling it all.

[00:25:54] Andrea Elibero: Yeah, and I love that because there are some really important things in there I love to I really like to like pull out the nuggets [00:26:00] to like really be like no this is really important Because I think it's really helpful for people to not gloss over those things, you know because I know a lot of people have have trouble setting boundaries setting strict boundaries and doing things like time blocking like staying true to yourself because I can imagine that if you said, okay, you had said, when I do client work, everything is do not disturb.

[00:26:21] You are laser focused. If you didn't have that boundary and you just did client work, kind of like, oh, an hour, if it wasn't planned out, I bet you it wouldn't be as good. Like, that's my guess, right? It wouldn't be, because it's not as focused, you know, like, okay, I'm doing this in this amount of time and that's it, and, and it's really focused, and that's the importance of having boundaries, right, like in your business, and, and communicating that with your clients and standing by your boundaries and all of that, and, and, and to balance that, you do need to have the emotional capability to do that, right, to be strong in your boundaries as well.

[00:26:54] Zoe Collins: Yeah, because

[00:26:55] Andrea Elibero: say something. I saw you like, oh, yes.

[00:26:56] Zoe Collins: Yeah, I was like, Oh, let me in. Um, [00:27:00] because what I was thinking was, yeah, because when I put my phone on do not disturb, I'm cutting myself off from acts like from people to be able to access me. And I have a very strong support network. And I, you know, I have a partner that doesn't live in the same country as me right now.

[00:27:19] And we're on different time zones. So The, to be boundaried enough to shut out the world, to focus on my client delivery, I have to support myself emotionally, like that inner child stuff I was talking about, because I do come from, you know, what I come from. But actually, you know, arguably, you don't have to come from that.

[00:27:40] Sometimes people have insecure attachment styles. Sometimes in their adult life somebody treated them badly. So it doesn't have to be like childhood, you know, a childhood story. There could just be something that's happened along the way that's created a belief system in the body that makes you feel unsafe to put our phones on do not disturb [00:28:00] and lock in.

[00:28:01] And, you know, and also I guess it's the same for like people being afraid, like, Oh, but I can't respond to client emails in the time that I'm locked in. And what, what's that going to mean that they think about me? And so we have to have to support ourselves around being boundaried and actually trusting.

[00:28:19] You know, when I, when I did the things that created more trust in myself. A sort of ripple effect of that is I began to trust the people around me, by which I mean, I began to trust the people who were investing in me, that they were doing that with integrity and discernment, and I trusted that they would be level headed enough to be okay with me not replying to an email.

[00:28:41] You know, I never told them when they signed up for me that you could grab me instantly at any time of the day, you know, like, you know, so, yeah, you know, when I built trust in myself, I naturally build trust in other people to and stuff like that becomes a lot easier to do.

[00:28:58] Yeah. And I bet that when you [00:29:00] built trust in yourself, you also attracted the type of clients that are totally chill, that are aligned with you, that, that you love. This is my guess. A hundred percent agree. I, you know, and I'm going to call them big boy clients because that's just the way that I naturally speak. But

[00:29:16] Andrea Elibero: I love that. I love

[00:29:17] Zoe Collins: yeah, I sometimes I put my big girl pants on and I do big girl stuff and then I get the big girl clients and you know, and it makes sense. I'm not, I, I walked out of a meeting yesterday.

[00:29:32] you know, with a, uh, kind of a real life business, you know, and I went in there and I presented, this is who I am. This is what I do. There's some examples of it if you need it, but this is what it's going to look like for you guys and take it or leave it. And, and I would love to be part of your team. And, and I, this is what I can do.

[00:29:56] And because I had so much integrity in doing that, [00:30:00] they're like, They're the first client that have paid me that much money up front. And I know it's got everything to do with the way that I walked in that room. And I have had clients who, it's been a harder thing because I energetically maybe haven't gone in as aligned or what have you, and they've, you know, maybe haggled with me.

[00:30:25] Or, Asked to pay in installments when really I could do with the sort of, you know, to book out my time, you know, I need it secured. So yeah, I am realizing that the Sell is a lot easier. And the commitment I'm getting from the clients is a lot stronger as I progress. And I can only put that down to energetics

[00:30:51] Andrea Elibero: Yes. Yes. Yes. 1000%. Because I've seen it. I've seen it in myself. I've seen it in my clients, you know, who [00:31:00] have grown and you can not only grown, but also found the things that they love and are so passionate about. Because when you find those particular things and you're so excited, it's so magnetic.

[00:31:11] And when you're like, Oh yeah, I got this. And you don't have to be an expert. An expert to know all of the things to be like, yeah, I got this, right? Like you just have to have that belief in yourself and it is a process and it is a journey so I would also like to Invite people to also have grace with themselves.

[00:31:29] If you're like, oh, I'm not there yet and not feel bad about that. Take this conversation as an inspiration to, oh, now let me dig into this a little bit further, you know, maybe let's, let's connect with Zoe and see what she has like, like to help with this, you know, like anything, anything that, that somebody can do.

[00:31:47] to do that. I think this is really, really key. Like you have the strategy of business amazing and you have this piece, this mindset, this inner work piece that also goes hand in hand that is so important. And I'm so grateful to have this conversation with you today to really [00:32:00] highlight that.

[00:32:01] So thank you so much for that.

[00:32:03] And with that, I would love to ask my, my like final question

[00:32:06] that I'd like to ask is you're, and I, I feel like we've already been talking about this for the last 30 minutes, but your biggest tip in when somebody is scaling, when they're going their business, what is the biggest tip from your journey that you would like to share?

[00:32:20] Zoe Collins: It's the emotional support and the inner work that will make you capable of implementing the advice and the strategies that create the outside results. So, the best scaling tip that I can offer is clear the emotional blocks, clear the mindset blocks, go deep. If you're noticing blocks, rather than trying to force external success.

[00:32:45] So if you're struggling with raising your prices, tap on feelings of unworthiness. if you're afraid of showing up online, tap on fear of judgment and where that comes from. And, if you're stuck at an income [00:33:00] bracket and you're trying to make the next, you know, leap tap into what you've been shown in earlier years, and what you know, or have been told to be true about money and an effort.

[00:33:12] And so, you know, because once you're anchored in to safety in your spirit, pivots, shifts, authenticity, all becomes 100 percent easier. Because your inner child isn't freaking out and feeling in danger every time adult you tries to make a move. So, yeah, that's my, my key takeaway.

[00:33:36] Andrea Elibero: Yes, love it. Love it. And let us know. So how can everybody stay in touch with you? Where can they absorb all of your amazingness?
